Check that you have a strong internet connection by going to http://www.speedtest.net/. Wait for the page to load and click the green button that says “Begin Test”. A good internet connection is represented by solid valley (see below). A poor internet connection has tall peaks and valleys.
For those who have pre-purchased the live streaming broadcast of the 2015 California All Stars Showcase, complete the following steps on the day of the event:
Desktop & laptop computers: Select camera angles by hovering your cursor/mouse over the desired camera angle before selecting.
Mobile devices: tap your desired camera angle to have it display fully in the player. To move from camera to camera, swipe the screen left and right with your fingertips. To return to the quad view, use two fingers to “pinch” the screen.Troubleshooting Stopping or freezing video:
If viewing the stream over a cellular network, make sure you are in an area with a strong 4G cellular signal.
Regarding iPhones: iPhone viewers will only be able to see a quad-view of the broadcast and will not be able to select an individual preferred camera angle. Click on the player for an alternate "Director's Cut" view of the event.
